If you're starting a new project, it's always helpful to understand who all your stateholders are.  This document outlines two simple ways of doing this.  

Skild - Skills Audit Toolkit

The skild website has a number of different toolkits available to download and use ranging from undertaking a skills audit of your organisation to recruiting new volunteers and establishing your organisations mission.
