Ingham Play Area
Sleights, North Yorkshire
To provide a play area on a currently un-used site in Sleights. Whilst the majority of the scheme is focused on the provision of suitable play equipment, an element of the project is also concerned with ensuring the area is well maintained and suitable to be used by the whole community.

The Revitalisation of Fylingdales Village Hall
Robin Hoods Bay, North Yorkshire
Improvements to the building will be made to allow a number of number bookings, events and activities to be held in the hall such as a new luncheon club, a cookery club for younger residents and early years education. The hall will also feature some elements of renewable technology including a bio mass boiler.

Rural Community Banking
East Cleveland
The aim of the Credit Union is to encourage a saving culture, provide money and debt advice, and access to funds through the establishment of five new rural collection points and a junior saving scheme. Local volunteers will be trained to run each of the collection points which will be open on a weekly basis.

Coxwold Village Enhancements
Coxwold, North Yorkshire
To complete a series of environmental and conservation improvements in and around the village including restoration of the village well, the creation of a wildlife area, installing new village notice boards and improving local footpaths to improve access.

Hovingham Village Hall and Community Project – Stage 2
Hovingham, North Yorkshire
The success of phase 1 has resulted in further demand for activities in the village hall including a photographic exhibition, a gentle exercise group for older residents and the creation of an outside seating area including notice boards and local information panels for visitors.

Small Scale Enhancements Scheme – Ryedale
Ryedale, North Yorkshire
Delivered by Ryedale District Council; the project will provide technical assistance for the implementation of small scale projects within villages in the Ryedale area (AONB and north of the River Derwent) such as enhancements to the village environment, community activities and events, and interpretation, appreciation and maintenance of local heritage and culture.

Husthwaite Young Children’s Play Area
Husthwaite, North Yorkshire
The new facilities will provide a safe play area for young children, along with a grassed area to promote a range of activities including cricket, rounders and informal play.

Whole LEADER Area
The project will work with communities in the area to understand their carbon footprint, act on climate change, reduce fuel poverty and improve the natural environment over a two year period.
